Tc105x Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy for Malaysian Users
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the tc105x platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all conditions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the tc105x platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the tc105x platform.
The tc105x platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or use of the platform by anyone below this age limit is strictly prohibited. tc105x reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of violating this policy.
These terms apply to all users of the tc105x platform, including those accessing via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface provided by the platform. Use of the tc105x platform for commercial, advertising, or any purpose other than personal entertainment is prohibited without written authorisation from management.

Account Registration, Security and Closure Policy
Account Creation Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on tc105x. Registration requires accurate and complete information, including full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration is truthful and up to date.
Tc105x reserves the right to verify a user's identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended or closed.
Password and Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their tc105x account password and login credentials confidential. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to tc105x.
You are advised to use a strong password, never share your login credentials with anyone, and log out of your account when using a shared device. tc105x will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Account Suspension and Closure
Tc105x reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: fraud or suspicious activity, breach of terms and conditions, use of multiple accounts, attempts to exploit bonus or promotional systems, use of unauthorised automation software, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to reclaim any account balance associated with the violating activity. Where closure occurs for technical reasons or administrative action not caused by user fault, any eligible account balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the tc105x platform's systems
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or defamatory
- Using bots, automation scripts, or unauthorised third-party software
- Transferring an account or account balance to a third party without written authorisation
- Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation of game outcomes
Permitted Use
Users are permitted to use the tc105x platform for lawful personal entertainment, including participation in casino games, Sports Betting, jackpots, and all other services officially offered through the platform.
Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. tc105x makes no guarantee that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
Payment, Transaction and Intellectual Property Information
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the tc105x platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited are legitimately sourced and belong to them. tc105x does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or funds of unknown origin.
Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to standard security checks before approval. tc105x reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of its compliance procedures.
Any disputed or unrecognised transactions must be reported to the tc105x customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the tc105x platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of tc105x or its licensed partners. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The tc105x platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. tc105x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Liability Limits
Tc105x is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or continuous availability. tc105x does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
In no event shall tc105x's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
Tc105x reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official tc105x website. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the tc105x platform following any published changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the tc105x platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
